I'm Andy Dulka. For over 30 years, I've been a technology enthusiast, leader, and advisor, which is a polite way of saying I've built, broken, fixed, broken again, and eventually figured out how to make systems actually work so you don't have to repeat my mistakes.

My experience spans Fortune 500 companies, mid-market businesses, and private equity-backed firms, where I've led everything from full-scale system overhauls and cloud migrations to organizational redesigns and "oh no, we need a leader NOW" transitions. I've seen what works, what spectacularly doesn't, and most importantly, why the difference usually comes down to people, not technology.

That's why I created Reveal Your Purpose. After years of fixing technology problems, I realized the real challenge wasn't the systems. It was helping leaders see what was already in front of them. The clarity they needed was there; they just couldn't see it through the noise, politics, and pressure.

 

Now I work with individuals navigating transitions, technology leaders stepping into make-or-break roles, and organizations that know their technology should be doing more but aren't sure how to get there. My job is simple: help you see clearly, decide confidently, and act purposefully.
