About Me
I'm Andy Dulka. For over 30 years, I've worked at the intersection of people, decisions, and high-stakes change. My career was in technology leadership, including CIO and other executive roles, but what I actually got good at was something else entirely: helping leaders find clarity when everything around them is noise.

I've guided teams through massive transformations, brutal seasons that test whether your culture is real or just poster-worthy, and those pivotal moments when what you do next actually matters. The wins never came from having the perfect roadmap. They came from honest conversations about what was really going on, the courage to face it, and the discipline to act on what you could see.

That's why I created Reveal Your Purpose.
After years of solving complex problems, I realized the real challenge was rarely the systems or strategies. It was helping leaders see what was already in front of them. The clarity they needed was there. It was just buried under pressure, politics, and noise.

Today, I work as an executive coach and strategic advisor with leaders navigating transitions, stepping into make-or-break roles, or wrestling with decisions that don't have clean answers. I also advise organizations on technology strategy, drawing on three decades of firsthand experience with how change actually happens and why it so often doesn't.

My approach is practical, personal, and zero BS. I bring structure when you need it, ask the uncomfortable questions that unlock real insight, and keep things moving with a sense of humor because transformation doesn't have to be miserable. I focus on turning real "aha" moments into actual progress, not just good conversations or pretty slides.

I don't do motivational speeches or consultant jargon. I do honest conversations, real-world judgment, and guidance that comes from having lived the work, not just studied it.
